Samples: Graphic Design

The following are samples of my previous graphic design work.

Logo: Hot Bobby’s Wings

The logo was used by Hot Bobby’s Wings for fundraising events, banners, labels, chef coats, and advertising. Tools Used: CorelDraw, with the modified cartoon chicken based on an image from a royalty-free clip art library.
Logo: Fred Meyer Gold Star Club

The HR department wanted to update the logo for the Fred Meyer Gold Star Club, an employee-supported charity for employees in need. Three versions of the logo were made for a horizontal layout, vertical layout, and 2¼-inch buttons. With a new logo, the Fred Meyer Gold Star Club’s print and online promotional materials had a fresh and modern logo design. Tools Used: Adobe Illustrator, with the modified star element from the company’s clip art library.
Mailer: Campaign Treasury Services (CTS)

Campaign Treasury Services (CTS) needed a mailer promoting the service to potential customers. The mailer design was completed in two days, printed 2-sided and 2-up on letter-size cardstock, and then cut to 5.5″ x 8.5″. The client was very satisfied with the quality of the mailer’s design and used it to promote Campaign Treasury Services. Tools Used: Adobe FrameMaker, Adobe Photoshop (to modify the Creative Commons license photos from flickr.com). Note: The CTS logo was created by another designer and copy written by the client.
